Located in Duval County at the northwest corner of I-295 and Normandy Boulevard (S.R. 228), this premier site features more than 22,000 sf of shop space with spaces leased to tenants of all sizes from junior anchors to small shop tenants and two outlots, sold to Whataburger and Vystar Credit Union.

This center was sold in December, 2007.
