New retail development proposed adjacent to the 150,000 sf Wal*Mart opened by Horne Properties in 2003. (Plans are currently underway to expand this store to a Supercenter with opening planned for late Fall, 2007). The new retail development will consist of approximately 140,000 sf made up of ‘junior anchors’ and specialty shops. Four new outlots will also be created.
