The relationships with these retailers are established and maintained by our highly successful Development Managers. Along with maintaining relationships, our development managers oversee all work necessary to accomplish a successful construction loan closing. This includes negotiating contracts to purchase the necessary land, tenant leases, coordinating civil and architectural design of sites and buildings, zoning, obtaining highway access and appropriate utilities, and coordinating developments with public officials.
